I am responding to your letter, in which you announce the wedding anniversary of your parents.

May Hashem grant that you celebrate this date for many years, in good health and with breadth of spirit.

To a large extent, these two things depend on the true satisfaction — Jewish and Chassidic* — that they derive from all their children.

Each person receives free will, and everything therefore depends on the good will of the sons and daughters. May Hashem grant that you adopt this attitude to the fullest extent of your means — as the Shulchan Aruch* explains — and that, moreover, you influence your brothers and sisters in this direction — as the Shulchan Aruch*, Chassidus*, and Ethics explain, specifying the manner in which one must guide and love one's fellow.

With my blessing for Torah* study permeated by the fear of Hashem, for practicing mitzvos* in the best way, and for good news — of yourself and of all the members of your family,

במענה על הודעתו מתקופת יום חתונת הוריו שיחיו.

הנה יה"ר מהשי"ת שעוד רבות בשנים יחוגו יום זה מתוך בריאות הנכונה והרחבת הדעת.

אשר שתיהם גם יחד תלויות, במדה גדולה, בקבלת נחת אמיתי נחת יהודי חסידותי מכל יו"ח שיחיו.

וכיון שבחירה חפשית ניתנה לכאו"א מישראל, הרי במדה גדולה תלוי זה ברצונו הטוב של כל אחד מהבנים והבנות. והשי"ת יזכהו לעשות בזה ככל יכולתו*, ולהשפיע גם על אחיו ואחיותיו בזה**.

בברכה לתלמוד תורה ביראת שמים וקיום המצות בהידור, ולבשר טוב בהנוגע אליו ולכל בני משפחתו שיחיו.
