To the Rav, the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself to communal needs,
Rav Dov Ber (Rav D. Lewin),
I have duly received your letter from this Tuesday, with your request for a blessing.
You mention texts of Chassidus* and prepared stories in English. You surely have at your disposal the publications of Kehot* Publishing in that language. You will therefore choose what is most suitable, based on the location and those who reside there.
If a few minor modifications are necessary, you can surely have them carried out locally, provided they are introduced under your authority.
Regarding the rite of prayer, you did well to adopt that of the Alter Rebbe*, as explained at length in the Shaar HaKollel* and its introduction. You will also explain to all who listen to you the quality of this rite and the manner in which it was composed.
May Hashem grant you success.

מכתבו מיום השלישי עם הפ"נ נתקבל... במ"ש אודות עניני חסידות וסיפורים מוכנים בשפה האנגלית, הרי בטח נמצא אצלו הוצאת קה"ת בשפה זו וטוב שיבחר מהם המתאימים יותר לפי מקומו והתושבים, ואם זקוקים לתיקונים קלים בטח יוכלו לעשותם על אתר ובלבד שיהי' ע"פ הוראתו.
בהנוגע לנוסח התפלה, הנה טוב עושה במה שמתפלל בנוסח רבנו הזקן וכפי המבואר בשעה"כ ובהקדמתו בארוכה, וכאשר [...] כל הנשמעים לקולו יסבירם ג"כ ענין דנוסח מבורר ומזוכך זה והשי"ת יצליחו.
