Greetings and blessings,

I am responding to your letter, which you began writing on 25 Elul.

I am pleased to learn that your relations with the various government offices have improved. This has surely provided you with proof that one ultimately prevails by acting in a friendly manner and speaking in the same way, even though, at the core, one must maintain the necessary firmness and pursue one's efforts continuously.

The same cannot be said when one intervenes in another manner (that is not friendly). You will therefore continue to share good tidings with me in this matter.

With my blessing that you be definitively sealed for a good year,
