Greetings and blessings,

I am responding to your letter of 12 Tishrei, in which you discuss the opening of a girls' school modeled after the vocational school (of Kfar Chabad*). These girls would learn, for example, sewing.

It would indeed be good to study this proposal, which in principle is excellent. Nevertheless, everything depends on the conditions that prevail at the present time — that is, whether there are young women who are interested in this project, and whether it is possible to find suitable teachers.

After verifying all these points, please inform me, and the more details you provide, the better.

במענה על מכתבו מי"ב תשרי, בו כותב אודות פתיחת מוסד לבנות, ובדוגמת הבית ספר למלאכה, ללמדם תפירה וכיו"ב. וכדאי הי' לברר אפשריות הצעה זו, כי באופן עיקרוני - נכונה היא ביותר, אלא שתלוי בתנאים השוררים עתה, היינו אם ישנן נערות המעונינות בכגון דא, אם יש אפשריות למצוא מורות מתאימות לזה כו' וכו', וכשיברר הפרטים בזה בטח יודיע. וכל המפרט הרי זה משובח.
