Greetings and blessings,

I am surprised that you tell me nothing about what took place during this month of Tishrei* (this letter was sent to many individuals), which has a comprehensive scope for the entire year. Every detail of the lights revealed during it concerns the whole year, although teshuvah* is always valid (not only in Tishrei*), and nothing stands in the way of the will (meaning that teshuvah* is possible at any time).

There are different kinds of teshuvah*. Chassidus* explains that it does not pertain specifically to sin in the literal sense, but that it can also relate to a deficiency. At a higher level, it is moreover a return to the source, as explained in the Likkutei Torah*, Parshas Haazinu, and you should also consult there the Chassidic discourse entitled "How Beautiful Are Your Tents."

May Hashem grant you success in sharing good tidings of all this, with true breadth of spirit.
