Greetings and blessings,
I have duly received your letter from this Wednesday evening, and I am surprised by the small number of your students. Now, I have already said for many years, and to various Chassidim*, that in a good school, one must increase the number of students and multiply one's efforts to this end.
Moreover, one can observe that through the students, the situation of the parents also improves. In addition, the children themselves are saved from an unfavorable education. It is unnecessary to say more, so self-evident is this.
Likewise, one has been able to observe concretely that an increase in the number of students not only does not destabilize the financial situation of the Yeshivah* or the school, but on the contrary, stabilizes it.
May Hashem grant that you soon share good tidings of all this. For nothing stands in the way of the will.
I enclose the Kovetz Lubavitch* that was recently published. No doubt you will make use of its content to influence those around you. The merit of all depends on you.

מאשרים קבלת מכתבו מאור ליום ה', ולפלא מספר המועט של התלמידים, וכבר מלתי אמורה מכמה שנים ולכמה מאנ"ש שיש להשתדל בריבוי מספר התלמידים-ות במוסד חינוך הכשר, השתדלות ככל האפשרי, ובפרט כשרואים שע"י התלמידים משפיעים סו"ס גם בהטבת מצב ההורים, נוסף על הצלת התלמידים עצמם מחינוך בלתי רצוי, והאריכות בדבר הפשוט אך למותר, וראינו ג"כ במוחש שריבוי כמות התלמידים לא לבד שאינו מחמיר מצב הכספי כל הישיבה והמוסד חינוך, אלא אדרבה, עוד מטיבו.
והשי"ת יצליחו לבשר טוב בזה בקרוב ואין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון.
מוסג"פ הקובץ ליובאוויטש שהו"ל זה לא כבר, ובטח ינצל תוכנו בהשפעתו על סביבתו וזכות הרבים תלוי בו.
