Greetings and blessings,

I have duly received your request for a blessing, with its contents. At a propitious moment, it will be read at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe [the Frierdiker Rebbe*], whose merit protects us.

You mention the state of health of your wife, may Hashem grant her long life. The doctor considers that her condition is of a nervous origin. It would be good to have all the mezuzos* of your home checked, to ensure that they all conform to halachah*.

She has no doubt adopted the practice of virtuous Jewish women, which consists of giving tzedakah* every eve of Shabbos* and Yom Tov*, before lighting the candles. It would be advisable for her to also give a few coins on every Monday and Thursday morning, if these days are not festivals.

And she should place her full trust in the One Who heals all flesh and performs wonders. He will grant her long days and good years.

ובמ"ש אודות מצב הבריאות של זוגתו שתליט"א, ושגם הרופא אומר שזהו ניערווין, הנה כדאי הי' לבדוק המזוזות בדירתם שיהיו כולן כשירות כדין, ושתפריש בכל יום חול של שני וחמישי בבקר, נוסף על מה שבודאי נוהגת במנהג בנות ישראל הכשרות להפריש צדקה בכל ערב שבת וערב יום טוב קודם הדלקת הנרות, איזה פרוטות לצדקה, נכון יהי' לבה בטוח בהרופא כל בשר ומפליא לעשות שיאריך ימיהם ושנותיהם בטוב.

מוסג"פ מה שהו"ל בזמן האחרון, ובטח יש בו העינים הראוים לזכות בהם את הרבים.
