To the leaders of Kfar Chabad*, in our Holy Land,

may it be restored and rebuilt,

may Hashem grant you long life,

Greetings and blessings,

I have duly received the report of the committee meeting of 8 Marcheshvan and that of the session of 13 Marcheshvan, with their contents. I read with pleasure the letter that was enclosed, specifying that in the future you will hold more such meetings at frequent intervals, for which appropriate reports will be prepared.

In this way, the doubts about decisions to be made and the various questions will be diminished, and sometimes even eliminated. This report will also mention and emphasize the activities you envision. As is customary, you must from time to time publicize several paragraphs of the decisions taken, in order to give them greater force. The most common practice in this regard is a wall posting.

I send you my blessing for success in organizing Kfar Chabad* in conformity with the will of our master, my father-in-law, the Rebbe [the Frierdiker Rebbe*], whose merit protects us, for he retains his place and invokes Divine mercy.

Has the matter of the train station of Kfar Chabad* been resolved?

You are no doubt making all the necessary preparations for the festival of the day of our liberation and the redemption of our souls — when the light and vitality of our soul were granted to us — that is, Yud-Tes Kislev*, at Kfar Chabad*, in an organized manner and with appropriate breadth, as it is stated: "I will walk in breadth" — including quantitatively.

In accordance with the work and the moral mission of spreading the wellsprings outward, you have no doubt ensured that those who, for the time being, are still on the outside, can participate massively in the celebration and in the Chassidic gathering*.

As our holy master requires, it will be announced and recalled at this Chassidic gathering* that it must exert its effect on each of the participants. These words are life and they vivify, with true vitality.

מאשר הנני קבלת הפ"כ מישיבת הועד, א) ח' מ"ח. ב) י"ג מ"ח ועניניהם. ונעם לי לקרות המכתב המצורף לזה אשר גם להבא יסדרו אסיפות לעתים קרובות ובעריכת פרטי-כל כדרוש, אשר עי"ז יתמעטו ולפעמים גם יתבטלו ספיקות באופן ההחלטות וענינים שלהם, והפ"כ מזכיר ג"כ ומעורר הפעולות שהחליטו לנקוט בהם, וע"פ הנהוג בעולם הנה מזמן לזמן יש לפרסם סעיפים אחדים מהחלטות שנתקבלו, בכדי לתת להם יותר תוקף, ואופן הרגיל בזה הוא שמדביקים על הקיר וכיו"ב...

בברכת הצלחה להעמיד כפר חב"ד מתאים לרצון מייסדה הוא נשיאנו כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע העומד המעורר ר"ר.

ההסתדר הענין של תחנת הרכבת בכפר?

בודאי עושים כל הכנות הדרושות לחגיגת יום גאולתנו ופדות נפשנו, אשר אור וחיות נפשנו ניתן לנו, הוא י"ט כסלו בכפר חב"ד - בסדר נכון ובהתרחבות היאותה, וכמש"נ ואתהלכה ברחבה, אפילו בכמות.

ומתאים להעבודה והתפקיד הנפשי של הפצת המעינות חוצה, בודאי ישתדלו, אשר גגם אותם שלעת עתה נמצאים עדיין בחוץ ישתתפו ובהמון בחגיגה והתועדות, וחזקה לדברי נשיאינו הק' שישמיעו ויזכירו בעת ההתועדות שיפעלו פעולה בכל או"א מהמתועדים, כי דבריהם חיים (לעבען) ובמילא גם מחיים (מאכען לעבעדיג) ובחיים האמתים.
