Greetings and blessings,

I have emphasized to many Chassidim*, on various occasions, that the vessel for receiving blessings resides in all that concerns the Torah* and mitzvos*. If one asks for increased blessing, one must, obviously, multiply the vessels.

Now, I am surprised to note that you are among those who refrain from specifying to me what their activity is in the domain of Chabad*. You do not even tell me what your studies of the revealed dimension of the Torah* and of Chassidus* are, in addition to the three studies that concern everyone. These latter pertain to the Chumash*, Tehillim*, Tanya*, and are well known.

May Hashem grant that the deficiency be only in what you write to me, but not in the concrete action.

No doubt you will take advantage, together with the Chassidim*, of the propitious days of 19 Kislev, those that precede it and those that follow it, in order to fulfill the fundamental and profound mission — that of disseminating the wellsprings to the outside.

...לפלא שלמרות שעוררתי כמה מאנ"ש וכמ פעמים שהכלי לקבלת ברכה הם ענינים דתורה ומצות, וכשמבקשים תוספות ברכה צריך להוסיף בכלים כמובן, הנה גם הוא בין אלה מהנמנעים מלהודיע דבר אודות עסקנותם בכרם חב"ד ואפילו לא ע"ד שיעוררו בתורת הנגלה ובתורת החסידות נוסף על שלשת השיעורים השוים לכל נפש, בחומש תהלים ותניא הידועים, ויה"ר שלא יהי' בזה אלא חסרון בכתיבה אבל לא בהפועל.

בודאי ינצל בתוככי אנ"ש הימי רצון די"ט כסלו והימים שלפינו ושלאחריו בתפקיד הפנימי והנפשי דהפצת המעיינות חוצה.
