1st day of Rosh Chodesh* Teves* 5716

Brooklyn

To the Chabad* Women's and Girls' Association of Cleveland, Keensman chapter, may Hashem* grant you long life,

Blessings and greetings,

I have received your letter regarding your seventeenth gathering and the new officers who were elected there.

Everything is an effect of Divine Providence*, and the officers who are now assuming their positions will reflect on the immense merit thereby granted to them, as well as on the responsibility incumbent upon them to strengthen Jewish observance in general, and the ways and customs of Chassidus* in particular.

They will thereby receive increased strength to intensify their activities, in good health and with joy. They will also influence the other members in this direction. Hashem* will grant success to each of them and to all together, in everything that has been mentioned.

You surely took advantage of the days of Chanukah* in the proper manner, regarding the women and girls of Chabad*, also applying the necessity of ever-increasing, as the halachah* rules.

I extend my blessing for a joyous Chanukah* and for internalizing its joy and light during the coming days of this year.
