To the great Rav, distinguished person who fears Hashem* and multiplies positive actions, Rav Yechiel Tzvi HaLevi,

Greetings and blessings,

I am responding to your letter of the eve of the day during which the word "good" was said twice (i.e., Tuesday) of last week, in which you emphasize the necessity of delivering words of encouragement.

You know that according to the Mishnah*, one should neglect nothing. It is probable, and perhaps more than probable, that a concrete benefit will result from it. Nevertheless, here and now, I have opted for effective action — that is, for the effort that will make it possible. But the time will also come for your proposal.

You have surely presented this proposal to other people as well. May Hashem* grant that you experience success and that in each of us, within the entire people of Yisrael*, the promise of our Sages* be fulfilled: "The Name of Hashem* will be praised by one and by the other."

במענה על מכתבו מאור ליום שהוכפל בו כי טוב שבוע העבר, בו כותב ומעורר אודות הנחיצות לפרסם דברי התעוררות וכו'.

כבר ידוע דבר משנה, אל תהי מפליג לכל דבר, ואפשר ואולי גם יותר מאפשר, שיביא דבר זה תועלת ממשית, אבל בשעה זו ובמקום זה, הנה אחזתי לי בקו המעשה, היינו ההשתדלות בהנוגע למעשה בפועל, ועוד חזון למועד בהנוגע להצעה שלו, ובודאי גם פנה לאחרים בהצעתו. ויה"ר שיצליח ויזכה כאו"א מאתנו בתוך כלל ישראל, בקיום מרז"ל מני ומני' יתקלס שם עילאה.
