Greetings and blessings,
I have duly received your letters of 8, 15, and 22 Teves*, with their contents. I thank you for them. Additionally, the collection (Kovetz Lubavitch*, which contained the section "Life of the Institutions") has been sent to you separately, and I am surprised not to have found in it (in that section) news of the institutions of Casablanca, even though numerous matters should have been published and disseminated.
Our holy Torah*, Torah of life, states that "it is a mitzvah* to publicize who performs the mitzvah*," as specified in the Shulchan Aruch*, Yoreh De'ah*, chapter 249, paragraph 13. No doubt you will send them this news now, so that it appears in the next collection.
I know how occupied you are with your sacred mission. Nevertheless, I hope that you will find free time to accomplish all of this, for from various perspectives, it is important for the development of your work. You must understand what I mean.

מאשרים קבלת מכתביו ח', ט"ו וכ"ב טבת עם המוסגר בם, ות"ח. ונשלח בפ"ע הקובץ. ולפלא גדול על שלא נמצאו שם ידיעות ע"ד המוסדות בקסבלנקה, אשר הרי יש כו"כ ענינים עליהם כדאי להודיע ולפרסם. וכפסק תוה"ק תורת חיים, שמצוה לפרסם עושי מצוה (שו"ע יו"ד רמ"ט סי"ג). ובטח עכ"פ ישלח הידיעות עתה בכדי שיכנסו בקובץ הבע"ל. ואף שיודע אני טרדותיו במלאכת הקדש, תקותי שגם על הנ"ל ימצא זמן פנוי, כיון שמכמה טעמים נחוץ הוא גם בשביל התפתחות העבודה וד"ל.
