Greetings and blessings,

I have duly received your letter from the second day of Rosh Chodesh*, together with the requests for blessings it contained. I have also just received the other request for a blessing, and I will read them all at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit protects us.

You raise the matter of accepting additional students from Morocco. One must indeed endeavor to do so, for this is particularly wise. According to the description of Rav B. E. G. (Rav Binyamin Eliyahu Gorodetski, who was also the Rebbe's delegate for North Africa), a few renovations would enable the new building to accommodate a much greater number of students than at present.

It would be good to consult with Rav Raphael Wilshanski (see letters no. 3869, 4112, and 4113). You should visit the new building together and determine with him what work is necessary for this purpose.

ומ"ש אודות קליטת עוד תלמידות ממרוקה, יש להשתדל בזה, כיון שנכון הדבר במאד, וכפי התיאור של הרה"ג הרה"ח כו' מוהרבא"ג שי', הנה בבית החדש ע"י תיקון קל לפי ערך יהי' מקום לקליטה לעוד כמה תלמידות נוסף על של עתה, וטוב שיתדבר עם הרה"ח מו"ה רפאל שי' ווילשאנסקי לבקר ביחד בהבית החדש ולהווכח על אתר איזה תיקונים דרושים בשביל הנ"ל...
