I greet you and bless you,
You tell me that the work of the Peylim* (a youth organization practicing the mitzvos*) has not been fruitful lately. This is no doubt, in part, a stratagem of the evil inclination*, which endeavors to divert you from the service of Hashem*, and in part because you have grown accustomed to this activity and have therefore lost the taste for it, which weakens enthusiasm.
The explanation of all this is already found in numerous texts, and the general idea is suggested by the teaching of our Sages which says: "Each day, you shall regard it (the Torah*) as new."
Regarding your personal concerns, you make decisions and do not put them into practice. You do not know what to do. Now, I have already written to you several times that you must seek a suitable match with all the necessary energy. This will have an impact on everything you do. Our Sages say that "one who has no wife…" (does not reveal the blessing), and this applies also to your work within the Peylim*.
May Hashem* grant that at least now you make this effort (to find a match) through friends, acquaintances, and family members. May Hashem* grant you success.

...במ"ש שבזמן האחרון אינו רואה הצלחה בעבודת הפעילים. - בטח חלק מזה הוא מתחבולות היצר המשתדל לבלבלו מעבודתו, וחלק מפני שהורגל בעבודה זו ובמילא נתיישן התענוג, שזהו מחליש המרץ. וכבר מלתם אמורה בכ"מ, והנקודה היא במרז"ל הידוע, בכל יום יהיו בעיניך חדשים.
ובמ"ש אודות עניניו הוא, שמחליט החלטות ואין יוצאות לפועל כו' ואינו יודע מה עליו לעשות. הנה זה כמה פעמים כתבתי לו, שעליו לעסוק במרץ הדרוש בחיפוש שידוך מתאים בשבילו, וזהו נוגע לכל ענייו, וכהוראת רז"ל, כל השרוי בלא אשה וכו' ועבודתו בתוך הפעילים בכלל זה. ויה"ר שעכ"פ עתה ישתדל בזה, ע"י ידידים ומכירים ובני משפחתו, והשי"ת יצליחו...
