With the help of Hashem*, 19 Tevet 5709.
To my friend, the chassid*, the renowned scholar, Rav Ben Tzion Shem Tov*[1], emissary of the Previous Rebbe*, may he live long and well.
You will certainly have received my letter of 19 Kislev. Enclosed with this letter: the 24 Tevet fascicle*, the Previous Rebbe*'s letter, and the Machaneh Israel* letter[2] regarding the distribution of Talmud* tractates. After consulting with those knowledgeable about local conditions, perhaps publish it in the local press and on synagogue notice boards — but this must not contradict your Ma'amad* fundraising.
Rav Domb apparently committed to act on behalf of Merkaz L'Inyanei Chinuch* — what has been done in this regard[3]?

מכתבי מיט"כ ודאי קיבל ומוסג"פ קונט' לכד"ט, מכ' כ"ק מו"ח אד"ש ומכ' ממחנה ישראל ואחרי טכוס עצה עם אלו היודעים תנאי המקום והמדינה אולי כדאי לפרסמם במכ"ע, בכותלי בהמ"ד וכו' וכאמור באופן שאין סתירה לעבודתו בנפנה.
כמדומה שכתב שהרב דאמב שי' לקח ע"ע העבודה במקצועות המל"ח, הנעשה בזה דבר?
