To the distinguished chassid* who fears Hashem, Rav Tuvya (see note 1),

Blessings and greetings,

The distinguished chassid* who fears Hashem, has good conduct and great abilities, Rav Uriel (see note 2), informed me, before his departure, of the content of the letter you wrote to him regarding the possibilities that exist for disseminating the wellsprings (see note 3) to the broadest circles.

I hope there is no need to describe to you the importance of such an accomplishment. Moreover, our Sages say that "it is for the one who reads the letter to put its terms into practice" (see note 4). When he himself has returned to the Holy Land, you will both exploit all the possibilities that exist in this regard.

Obviously, I am not referring only to the holy city of Yerushalayim* (see note 5), but to all places and all conceivable circles. It is also clear that if expenses result from this — for example, travel costs — I hope that this will not be an obstacle.

It is appropriate, however, that this activity be conducted according to a program established in advance. Thus, not only will one not hinder the other, but furthermore, there will be no duplication. It is said that "salvation comes through many advisors," and you should consult what the Chassidic discourse "Enlist from among you men" says about the unity that is necessary in the work for Hashem and for His Torah*.

How much more so in Eretz Yisrael*, where the exile was a consequence of baseless hatred. Everything connected with love of one's fellow, besides its intrinsic importance, additionally reduces the cause of the exile, its substance, and brings the redemption closer, revealing it. This is self-evident.

Of course, you have the right and the merit to disseminate what has just been said to all those who may be concerned by these words. May Hashem grant that you be a good emissary in transmitting this message, so that it results in concrete consequences and success.

In anticipation of good news of all this, with greetings to all your friends who are associated with this mission of the highest importance — which includes, of course, the distinguished chassid* who fears Hashem, Rav Uriel,

שלום וברכה!

לפני נסעו, סיפר לי הוו"ח אי"א נו"נ בעל מדות ובעל כשרון וכו' מו"ה אוריאל שי' מתוכן מכתבו אליו ע"ד האפשריות להפצת המעינות בחוגים רחבים ביותר וכו' וכו', ותקותי שלמותר לעוררו ע"ז, ובפרט ע"פ מרז"ל קרינא דאיגרתא איהו להוי פרוונקא שעתה, כשהנ"ל מבקר באה"ק ת"ו ינצלו כולם כאחד וכל אחד מהם כל האפשריות בהאמור, ומובן שכוונתי לא רק לירושלים עיה"ק ת"ו, אלא בכל המקומות ובכל החוגים האפשרים, ומובן ג"כ שבאם נצרך לזה איזה הוצאות (לנסיעות וכיו"ב), תקותי שלא תהי' מניעה מזה.

ובלבד שהתעסקות האמורה תהי' ע"פ תכנית מסודרה, ואז לא לבד שלא יבלבלו האחד את חבירו, אלא שלא תהי' הכפלה, וכמ"ש ותשועה ברוב יועץ, ועיין במ"ש ג"כ במאמר החלצו בענין האחדות וכו' בפעולות לד' ולתורתו, ובפרט בארץ ישראל אשר הגלות הי' מפני העון דשנאת חנם, כל דבר הקשור באהבת ישראל, הרי נוסף על גודל הדבר מצד עצמו, ממעט הוא את סיבת הגלות וענין הגלות ומקרב את הגאולה וממשיכה יותר וק"ל.

ומובן שהרשות בידו וגם זכותו לפרסם את האמור בין כל אלו השייכים לדברים הנ"ל, ויה"ר שיהי' שליח טוב למסור את כל האמור באופן שיביא לפעולות ממשיות ובהצלחה.

המצפה לבשו"ט בכל האמור ופ"ש כל חבריו שי' בעבודה הכי נעלית האמורה, והוו"ח אי"א נו"נ כו' מו"ה אוריאל שי' כמובן בכללם.
