To the Rav, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem,
Rav David (see note 1),
Greetings and blessings,
I am responding to your letter of 8 Sivan. May Hashem grant that, always and every day, you bring me good news of a visible and tangible good, regarding yourself personally and also in your efforts to strengthen Yiddishkeit* and to propagate it, to spread the wellsprings (see note 2) in particular. Various texts establish that one depends on the other (see note 3).
You have surely already received my response (see note 4) to those who oversee the school and the girls' seminary in Kfar Chabad*. It is surely unnecessary to remind all the Chassidim* that upon each of them rests the merit and the obligation to contribute to the development of this institution, as well as of all the others located in Kfar Chabad*.
Furthermore, I hope it is unnecessary to remind you that it is absolutely indispensable to develop the framework for the women and girls of Chabad*, in Kfar Chabad*.
Fortunate are those who, materially and spiritually, devote themselves to all of this and act accordingly. May Hashem grant you to bring good news of all this, with all appropriate detail.

במענה על מכתבו מח' סיון. הנה יה"ר שתכה"י יבשר טוב בטוב הנראה והנגלה בעניניו הפרטים וגם בעבודתו להחזקת היהדות והפצתה ובהפצת המעינות ביחוד, וכבר מבואר בכ"מ שהא בהא תליא.
בודאי כבר נתקבל המענה שלי להמתעסקים דבית ספר וסמינר לבנות בכפר חב"ד, ובטח למותר לעורר את כל אנ"ש שעל כל אחד הזכות והחובה לסייע בהתפתחות מוסד זה בתוך שאר המוסדות אשר בכפר חב"ד, וכן תקותי שלמותר לעוררו ע"ד ההכרח הגמור בהתפתחות מסגרת נשי ובנות חב"ד אשר בכפר חב"ד, ואשרי חלקם של כל אלו בגשמיות וברוחניות המשתדלים ופועלים בזה, ויה"ר שיבשר טוב ובפרטיות הדרושה בכל האמור.
