Greetings and blessings,
I am responding to your letter from the conclusion of Shabbos*, in which you tell me that your neighbors sometimes disturb you with their words. You ask me what you should do.
It is quite clear that you must pay no attention to any of this. And you will strengthen yourself in the faith of all Israel, of each one of us, according to which the Creator of the world, Who directs it, extends His Providence to all.
The Creator is the Essence of Good and everything He does is for the good. What can a person do to you when the Creator of the world stands before you and protects you? You will therefore devote yourself to your studies of the revealed dimension of Torah* and of Chassidus*. Every weekday, before the morning prayer, you will give a few coins to tzedakah*.
May Hashem grant you success so that you bring good news of all this.

במענה על מכתבו ממוצש"ק, בו כותב אשר לפעמים השכנים מעיקים לו בדבורם, ושואל מה לעשות בזה.
הנה פשוט שלא ישים לב לזה כלל, וחזק יהי' באמונת כל ישראל וכל אחד מאתנו בכלל אשר בורא עולם ומנהיגו משגיח על כל אחד בהשגחה פרטית, ובהיות הבורא הוא עצם הטוב, הנה כל מה דעביד רחמנא לטב עביד, ומה יעשה לו אדם כשבורא העולם נצב עליו ומגין עליו, ויקיים שיעוריו בלימוד הנגלה ובלימוד החסידות, ויפריש בכל יום חול לפני תפלת הבקר איזה פרוטות לצדקה, והשי"ת יצליחו לבשר טוב בכל האמור.
