To the association of Chabad* women and girls,

London branch, may Hashem grant you long life,

Blessings and greetings,

I was pleased to receive your letter of the 20th, which followed a long interruption. I am, nevertheless, surprised that it is so short and provides no detail on how you took advantage of Lag BaOmer* and the day of Shavuos*.

Moreover, you do not inform me of your plans for the summer months, during which the children are free from other studies (see note 1). Nothing therefore interferes with the positive influence that can then be lavished upon them.

You also do not tell me what your program will be for the summer months, for those who will go to meet, in the countryside, those who have come there from various places (see note 2). Here again, a positive influence, which is the objective of the women and girls of Chabad*, will enable them to strengthen their Jewish practice, and this will then be felt in many places (see note 3).

In this way, Hashem will bless all those who participate in the activities of the association of Chabad* women and girls, in general and in what has just been said, in particular. They will have a good summer, which will strengthen their health and bring success in their activities.

With my blessing for good news of all this,

Notes
