To the association of Chabad* women and girls,
in France, may Hashem grant you long life,
Blessings and greetings,
I received with pleasure your letter of 15 Sivan, which followed a long interruption. You describe your activities in general and the celebration you organized for Lag BaOmer* in particular.
May Hashem grant that you intensify your activities, quantitatively and qualitatively, particularly during the approaching summer months, when the children are free from other studies (see note 1). The positive influence they receive during this period will therefore not be hindered by any extraneous element.
Likewise, with the appropriate preparation, one can take advantage of the fact that in the countryside, one encounters people from many places (see note 2). The positive influence will therefore reach their usual place of residence. The propagation of Jewish values, which is the objective of the association of Chabad* women and girls, will thus be carried out simultaneously in several places.
I hope that you will consult together about all that has just been said and that you will prepare your activities in the appropriate manner.
Hashem will bless all those who participate in the work of the association of Chabad* women and girls, in general and in what has just been said, in particular. He will grant them a good summer, strengthen their health, and above all, bring it about that their activities bear fruit.
With my blessing for good news of all this,
