To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself to communal needs,

Rav Yitzchak Tzvi (see note 1),

I greet you and bless you.

I am responding to your letter of the 16th of Tammuz, in which you inform me of your sacred accomplishments in the domain of education based on sacred values. May Hashem grant that you and those who accompany you in these accomplishments not content yourselves with what you write and the manner in which it has been done. It is possible, and therefore necessary, to give them a broader audience, to multiply these accomplishments.

Everything depends on the will of those who undertake them. Indeed, the Creator of the world, Who directs it and Who is Omnipotent, grants the necessary means. You will therefore find the words to explain all of this to your friends and also to yourself, until all are concretely convinced of it.

Indeed, in accordance with the well-known decision of the Heavenly Court (see note 2), the assurance has been given that by acting in this way, one prevails (see note 3), despite the veils and obstacles.

Your name will be mentioned, at an auspicious moment, near the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit protects us, so that you obtain the satisfaction of your needs, in accordance with what you write. By intensifying your engagement in this activity, by adding to all of this, you will hasten the realization of what you ask — for them and for you.

Although you do not specify this, you are surely maintaining the three well-known daily studies concerning the Chumash*, Tehillim*, and Tanya*. And this is in addition to your Torah studies in general.

במענה על מכתבו מט"ז תמוז, בו כותב אודות פעולותיו בקדש בשטח חינוך על טהרת הקדש, ויה"ר אשר הוא, וכן המתעסקים בזה ביחד אתו, לא יסתפקו בהענינים אודותם כותב ובאופן פעולות ענינים אלו, כיון שאפשרי, ולכן גם מוכרח היקף גדול יותר ופעולות מסונפות יותר, ואין הדבר תלוי אלא ברצון המתעסקים כיון שהיכולת ניתנה להם מבורא עולם ומנהיגו הכל יכול ובטח יוכל למצוא האותיות המתאימות להסביר הנ"ל לחבריו וכן לעצמו עד שיפעלו הדברים בהנוגע לפועל, ואז מובטחים ע"פ הפסק בי"ד של מעלה הידוע שתהי' ידם על העליונה למרות העלמים והסתרים.

בעת רצון יזכירוהו על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע להמצטרך לו מתאים לכתבו, והגדלת התעסקותו בהאמור והוספתו בזה תמהר מילוי בקשתו עבורם ועבור עצמו.

אף שאינו מזכיר, בטח שומר שלשת השיעורים הידועים בחומש תהלים ותניא נוסף על שיעוריו בלימוד התורה בכלל.
