To the Rav, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself to communal needs,

Rav Yehuda Leib (see note 1),

I greet you and bless you.

I received with pleasure your letter from the luminous day of the celebration of the liberation (see note 2), in which you discuss the celebration and the Chassidic farbrengen* of those days. May Hashem grant that the inspiration continue throughout the year, in accordance with the will of the one whose joy we celebrate — in particular regarding the central point: the spreading of the wellsprings (see note 3) until they reach the outside.

The young emissaries (see note 4), whom Hashem will grant long life, will arrive these days in the Holy Land and in Yerushalayim, the Holy City. May Hashem grant that they too know success in their mission, whose central point is also the spreading of the wellsprings outward. This is, indeed, the need of the moment — the introduction and preparation for the coming of our righteous Moshiach*. For he will come when these wellsprings spread (see note 5). Fortunate is the one who takes part in this accomplishment and will therefore be rewarded first.

נעם לי לקבל מכתבו מיום הבהיר חג הגאולה, בו כותב אודות החגיגה וההתועדות דימים אלו, ויה"ר שתומשך ההתעוררות על כל השנה כולה מתאים לרצון בעל השמחה וביחוד בנקודה התיכונה הפצת המעינות עד שיגיעו גם חוצה.

בטח יגיעו ימים אלו האברכים השלוחים שליט"א לאה"ק ת"ו ולירושלים עיה"ק ת"ו, ויה"ר שיצליחו גם הם בשליחותם אשר הנקודה התיכונה גם בה הוא הפצת המעינות חוצה, כיון שזהו דרישת השעה הקדמה והכנה לביאת משיח צדקנו אשר אז קאתי מר לכשיפוצו המעינות, ואשרי המשתדל בזה שהוא הנוטל חלק בראש.
