Greetings and blessings*,

I do not know what the weather is like in Paris, but if the climate permits, it would be good to organize, for example, Sukkos* celebrations for the students of the Talmud Torah*, in the manner in which it is done here.

This should be done near a sukkah* and they should be asked to recite the blessing on the four species*. The expense incurred in this matter is, in reality, a gain (see note 2).

With my blessing* that you be definitively inscribed for a good year and that you have considerable success in all domains, communal and personal,
