Greetings and blessings*,
I am responding to your letter of 13 Tishrei*.
At a propitious moment, the names cited will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit protects us, so that these individuals obtain the satisfaction of their needs, in accordance with what you write.
May Hashem grant that you announce good news to me of each of those who are cited — of a profound good, that is, of what pertains to Torah* and mitzvos*. Indeed, each and every person is the bearer of the entirety of the Torah*.
In fact, as soon as our Torah* was given, the One Who gave it said: "I am Hashem your Elokim*," in the singular, addressing each and every one of those present. And, our Sages* emphasize, all the souls of all the generations were present when our Torah* was given.

בעת רצון יזכירם על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע להמצטרך להם, מתאים לכתבו, ויהי רצון שיבשר טוב בהנוגע לכל אחד מהם וגם בטוב הפנימי.
זאת אומרת, בעניני תורה ומצות, שהרי לכל אחד ואחת ניתנה התורה כולה וכמרומז תיכף במתן תורתנו שאמר נותן התורה אנכי ה' אלקיך, לשון יחיד לכל אחד ואחת שהיו באותו מעמד, וכמבואר בדרשת רז"ל, הרי כל הנשמות של כל הדורות היו בעת מתן תורתנו.
