Greetings and blessings,
You tell me that a certain person acts toward you in an improper manner. I regret the approach to this problem that you have adopted. It does not correspond to mine. For, in my opinion, you do not work in this place to please a certain person (see note 1), or because it is a particular institution, but because it belongs to my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit protects us.
All those who work in this institution thereby find their good — material and spiritual — as well as that of the members of their family, even if this work consists of finding the necessary means to run it (see note 2). Through this work, they therefore receive from this institution more than what they bring to it, thanks to the mercy invoked for them by the founder of the institution, who directs it, my father-in-law, the Rebbe.
It is therefore perfectly evident — even if you were, moreover, entirely right in what you claim — that your attitude and manner of expression do not correspond to those of a member of the administration (see note 3). One must not diminish, Heaven forbid, the good that you receive by working in this institution.
Consequently, everything you write about the manner in which a certain person speaks to you has absolutely no bearing on the question of your work.

...ובמה שכותב אודות היחס של פב"פ שאינו כדבעי, צר לי על הגישה שלו לכל הענין שאינה מתאימה להשקפתי, כי לדעתי אין עבודתו ב... בשביל לעשות טובה לפב"פ או מפני שזהו מוסד של פב"פ, אלא זהו מפני ש... הוא מוסד של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, וכל העובדים במוסדות אלו וכאלו, הרי זהו טובתם וטובת ב"ב שיחיו הן בגשמיות והן ברוחניות, ואפילו אם עבודתם הוא להמציא האמצעים הדרושים להנהלת המוסד, הרי יותר משהם נותנים להמוסד מקבלים הם ע"י עבודה זו בהתעוררות ר"ר של מייסד המוסד ומנהלו הוא כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר. מזה מובן ופשוט שאם אפילו צודק במאה אחוז שהיחס ואופן הדבורים של חבר ההנהלה אינו כדבעי להיות, בשביל זה לא יגע ולא יוגרע ח"ו מאותה הטובה שהוא מקבל ע"י עבודתו בהמוסד, ומזה מובן שכל מה שכותב אודות דבורו של פב"פ עמו, אין זה נוגע כלל לשאלתו אודות עבודתו...
