To my close relative, distinguished chassid* who fears Hashem,
Rav Dov Zeev (see note 1),
Greetings and blessings,
I have just received, with pleasure, your letter of 25 Cheshvan*, informing me of your return (see note 2) and your ascent to the Holy Land, in a positive manner.
You conveyed the news gathered here (see note 3) during a chassidic* gathering, surely imbued with the joy of the mitzvah*, with commitment to put the Torah* and the mitzvos* into practice, in accordance with the well-known teaching that "joy breaks through all boundaries" and barriers.
May Hashem grant that this help remove the boundaries and barriers erected by the "other side" (see note 4), and then also remove what imposes restriction within the domain of Holiness itself — "the Egypt of Holiness."
Very soon we shall witness the fulfillment of the promise: "You shall spread to the west, to the east…" and we shall obtain "an inheritance without limits." For this, one must spread the wellsprings (see note 5) without limit.
May Hashem grant that the merit of the one whose joy we celebrate (see note 6) come to the aid of each person, so as to carry out this dissemination in good health, with breadth of spirit, and in true joy.

בנועם קבלתי ז"ע מכתבו מכ"ה חשון מבשר מחזרתו ועליתו לאה"ק ת"ו בסדר ובשלום, ואשר מסר את הפ"ש מכאן מתוך התועדות חסידותית שבודאי היתה בשמחה של מצוה ובהתעוררות לתורה ומצותי' וע"פ המאמר הידוע אשר שמחה פורץ גדרים ומצרים יה"ר שגם זה יוסיף בביטול המצרים והגדרים דלעו"ז ואח"ז גם ענינים המגבילים מצד הקדושה מצרים דקדושה, ובמהרה נזכה לקיום היעוד ופרצת ימה קדמה וגו' נחלה בלי מצרים אשר הקדמה לזה הפצת המעינות בלי הגבלה, ויה"ר אשר זכות בעל השמחה יסייע לכאו"א בענין ההפצה האמורה מתוך בריאות הרחבת הדעת ושמחה אמיתית.
