Greetings and blessings,
I am responding to your letter of 27 MarCheshvan*.
It is a good idea to consider, when the time comes, settling in a moshav* or in a religious kibbutz*, such as Komemiyus* or Chafetz Chaim*.
You are surely studying, with ardor and constancy (see note 1), the revealed dimension of the Torah* and Chassidus*. You also influence your friends so that they do the same, especially in light of the beginning of your letter, which mentions the current situation (see note 2).
You know the commentary that our Sages give on the verse (Shmuel* II 8:15), according to which the Torah* study of those who are within causes the success of those who go out to war (see note 3). How much more so does this apply to the study of Chassidus*, the Torah* of life, which contains no… (see note 4) emanating from the domain of evil, as stated in the Iggeres HaKodesh*, chapter 26.
May Hashem grant that the merit of the one whose joy and deliverance we celebrate (see note 5) lead us on the path that is upright before him, materially and spiritually at once — the path of true happiness.

נכונה הסברא להתענין כשיבוא הזמן על זה אודות הסתדרות במושב או בקבוץ דתי וכמו קוממיות, חפץ חיים וכיו"ב.
בודאי לומד בהתמדה ושקידה הן בנגלה והן בחסידות ומשפיע גם על חבריו בכגון דא, ובפרט מתאים להתחלת מכתבו ע"ד המצב העכשוי, וכידוע דרז"ל על הכתוב (שמואל ב ח, טו) אשר העסק בתורה של אלו הנמצאים בפנים גורם להצלחה של אלו הנמצאים במלחמה, ובפרט לימוד תורת החסידות תורת חיים דלית תמן כו' מסיטרא דרע כו' (אגה"ק כ"ו).
ויה"ר שזכות בעל השמחה והגאולה ינחהו בדרך הטובה לפניו בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד לאשרו האמיתי.
