To the Chabad* girls, Crown Heights group,

may Hashem* grant you long life,

Blessings and greetings,

I have duly received your letter informing me of your gathering and the study program for that occasion. I was particularly pleased to learn of the sincere reflection and the care taken to plan the Chassidic* gathering several days in advance, to ensure that everything was well organized. In such a case, the benefit of all this is not limited to those who can put together this organization. It extends literally to all those present. The merit of all depends on you.

There is here a general principle of the service of Hashem. One must act in an orderly fashion. In this way, one is more effective and each step forward is faster, broader.

When one invests in this, when one has the desire to act for the community in a methodical way, with a pre-established program, one will succeed in convincing others much more easily than one imagines at first. And one receives the fruits of it more quickly, well before what one anticipated.

May Hashem grant that the merit of our holy masters, in general, and of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, in particular, effectively protect you and your accomplishments in the education of the Chabad girls. You will attract a greater number of young women. You will broaden and deepen your study and your activities.

With my blessing,

For the Rebbe, shlita*,

the secretary,
