You ask me about the Zohar* (see note 1), volume 2, page 107b, which says: "How much more so for other men."
This passage emphasizes the necessity of attaining teshuvah*, not the certainty that Hashem* will forgive. This is not a matter of opening the mouth to sinners by providing them with an argument they can oppose (see note 2). This is self-evident.
