I thank you for having described to me, at least briefly, your communal activity and its deeper dimension — the spreading of the wellsprings (of Chassidus*) outward (see note 1).
No doubt you will not content yourself with what has been accomplished until now. For the Torah* requires that one ascend in matters of holiness. And a directive given by the Torah* is also a strength granted to carry it out, adding to that which the divine soul naturally possesses. Nevertheless, it is incumbent upon the person to make proper use of it.
There are no words to describe the reward that is due to you on this account. And the Mishnah* states its essential aspect in these terms: "The reward of a mitzvah* is the mitzvah* itself" — that is, increased success and new achievements (see note 2).
