To Mrs. Miriam (see note 1),

Blessings and greetings,

I am responding to your letter of 27 Shevat*, in which you tell me that recently only a fraction of the participants continue to attend the study group that you lead (see note 2).

One of the means to remedy this is as follows. The participants must involve themselves in the activity — not limit themselves to listening, but also act. There should therefore be discussions, questions and answers. From time to time, one of them will provide a clarification or explanation on what is being discussed, which she will have prepared in advance.

The participants can also involve themselves in the activity by publishing a bulletin, to which each one will contribute as appropriate.

You no doubt have personal studies in addition to the teaching you provide to this group. It would be good to share these studies as well with some members of this group.

ברכה ושלום!

במענה על מכתבה מכ״ז שבט ,בו כותבת שלמרבה הצער באות רק

חלק מהחברות ללימוד בקבוצה שהיא מנהלת.

אחת העצות לתקן זאת היא ע״י הכנסת החברות בעבודה ,היינו

שלא זו בלבד שיבואו לשמוע ,אלא גם שהן תשתתפנה בעבודה ,הן

בעצמן ע״י זה שיהיו דיונים ,שאלות ותשובות ,ומזמן לזמן כל אחת

מהחברות תתן ביאור והערכה בענינים הנלמדים ע״י הכנה לזה לפני כן,

למשוך אותן יותר לעבודה יכול גם להיות ע״י הוצאת עלון שכל אחת

תיטול בו חלק מתאים.

בטח יש לה גם לימודים לעצמה ,בהוספה למה שלומדת בפני

הקבוצה ,ומן הראוי שגם זה יהי׳ בחברותא של כמה נשים.
