To the young man, distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem,

Rav Yosef (see note 1), and to his fiancee, Mrs. Sheindel Shoshana,

Greetings and blessings,

You have informed me that your wedding will be celebrated on Sunday, the first day of Rosh Chodesh* Adar Sheini*, which is approaching, and here is my response.

I send you my blessing, a blessing of Mazal Tov*, Mazal Tov*, that it be celebrated at a good and fruitful time. You will build a Jewish home, an everlasting edifice (binyan adei ad*), based on the Torah* and Mitzvos*, as they are illuminated by the luminaire of the Torah*, which is Chassidus*.
