Regarding the tefillin*, I have not heard any particular instructions. Perhaps the elder Chassidim* of the Holy Land possess some. I myself have adopted the practice of having tefillin* whose height, width, and length are equal (see note 2). On this subject, you should consult, in particular, the Eshkol* and the Darkei Moshe*.

The idea of writing a book on the psychological processes according to Chabad* Chassidus*, and especially according to the masters of Chabad* and their teachings, for use in the schools of the Holy Land, is particularly wise. It would be good to consult on this subject with Rav A. Ch. Glitsenstein (see note 3).

By separate parcel and by ordinary mail, several documents concerning the network (see note 4) that you sent here have been returned to you. Please confirm that you received them.

הרעיון דעריכת ס' בתורת הנפש ע"פ חב"ד ובעיקר - ע"ד אדמו"רי חב"ד ותורתה, בשביל בתה"ס באה"ק נכון במאד מאד וכדאי שיתייעץ בזה עם הרא"ח שי' גליצנשטיין.
