To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem*,
Rav Noach Yitzchak (see note 1),
Greetings and blessings,
I have duly received your letter from this Sunday, in which you tell me that you have already purchased a home and have moved in.
It would be good to organize, in your new home, a farbrengen*, during which Torah commentaries will be delivered and words of encouragement to the fear and love of Hashem will be spoken. This is the proper inauguration for a Jewish home (see note 2).
I will mention, at a propitious moment, all those you cite, at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit shields us.
With my blessing to convey good tidings, and for a kosher and joyous festival of Pesach*,
