Greetings and blessings,

I am responding to your letter of 29 Adar Sheini and to the telegram that preceded it, in which you refer to this woman (see note 1).

Based on what you describe of the situation, one should consult, as quickly as possible, a Rav who decides Halachah* in such matters. You will present to him the current state of affairs and the chain of events that led to this. He will then render a decision, in accordance with our Torah, the Torah of life.

You will surely not delay the application of the Law, for, in general, peace is of great importance, especially within the couple. And, likewise, in certain situations... (see note 2). Our Sages have always had at heart to seek the welfare of Jewish women.

You have surely received, in its time, my letter referring to your previous correspondence.

במענה על מכתבו מכ"ט אד"ש והמברק שקדמו, בו כותב אודות ענין... תחי'.

כפי שמתאר המצב צריכים היו לפנות בהקדם לרב מורה הוראה בישראל בענינים כאלו ולפרט לפניו המצב העכשוי והשתלשלות הדברים אשר יפסוק הדין מתאים להוראת תורתנו תורת חיים, ובטח לא יענה את הדין, כי כשם שבכלל גדול השלום ובפרט בין איש לאשתו, כמו כן במקרים מסוימים וכו', ושקדו חכמים על תקנת בנות ישראל.

מכתבי מענה על מכתבו הקודם בטח הגיעו בעתו.
