Greetings and blessings,

Thank you very much for conveying this good news — the arrival in the Holy Land of your in-laws. May Hashem grant that they settle there in the best manner, materially and spiritually, in a good that is visible and tangible.

You have the merit of acting to strengthen what concerns Kfar Chabad*. I therefore have good hope that you will not be content with what you have done until now, in your capacity as secretary of the Kfar. You will intensify your activity. And may Hashem grant that this merit protect you, along with your entire family, in your personal affairs as well.

Indeed, the mission entrusted to the Kfar makes it a vessel, enabling it to receive the blessings of our holy masters, whose merit shields us. It is also the channel conveying their blessings to the Chassidim* of the entire Holy Land and, through them, to all the Jews who are there and are "all present" (see note 2), forming a single entity, as explained in the Likkutei Torah*, at the beginning of Parshas* Nitzavim.

With my blessing for a kosher and joyous festival of Pesach*, and to convey good tidings of your communal accomplishments and your personal achievements,

ת"ח ת"ח על הבשו"ט מביאת הורי זוגתו שיחיו לאה"ק ת"ו, ויה"ר שיסתדרו באופן הכי טוב לפניהם בגו"ר בטוב הנראה והנגלה. וזכות התעסקותו בביסוס עניני כפר חב"ד, אשר תקותי חזקה שלא יסתפק באופן עבודתו עד עתה כמזכיר הכפר, אלא יוסיף על זה באופן הדרוש יעמוד לו ולכל המשפחה גם בעניניהם הפרטים, שהרי כפר זה תפקידו מביאו להיות כלי קבלה לברכות רבותינו נשיאינו הק' זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, וגם הצנור לברכותיהם בשביל אנ"ש שבכל אה"ק ת"ו ועל ידם לכללות בני ישראל אשר שם, שהרי כל ישראל עליהם נאמר נצבים כולכם, קומה אחת שלימה וכמבואר בלקו"ת ריש פרשת נצבים.
