may Hashem* grant you long life,

Greetings and blessings,

For the sake of proper order, I once again confirm having received your letters from the past months, the dates of which are indicated below, since I am not entirely certain of having done so clearly.

You have surely received, in its time, my letter responding to your previous correspondence. I await a detailed response and good tidings regarding all of this.

I am surprised that, in certain areas and in official documents, you still use the previous name (see note 1) and not that of your village, Kfar Chabad. In the proper manner, all of this must be rectified as quickly as possible. Do not underestimate its importance, for this can have other consequences that are not connected to this cause.

I am astonished that you say nothing about the Matzah Shemurah* factory at Kfar Chabad, of which I learned only indirectly. I hope that the Kfar derives a source of income from it, and that in addition, you will establish contacts, in other areas as well, with those who purchase this Matzah Shemurah.

It is unnecessary to remind you that the committee of the Kfar must lend its support to the gathering of the Merkaz L'Inyonei Chinuch* (see note 2), which will take place during Chol HaMoed* Pesach*. As I have written several times, everything that takes place at Kfar Chabad, especially publicly, must have a benefit for the entire village, provided that one makes use of it, at the proper time and in the proper manner.

I convey my blessing to each and every one of the inhabitants of Kfar Chabad, to whom Hashem will grant long life, for a kosher and joyous festival of Pesach, and to convey good tidings.

לתכלית הסדר מאשרים בזה עוד הפעם קבלת המכתבים במשך חדשים שעברו, שספק קצת אם אשרו קבלתם בפירוש, כפי התאריכים הרשומים בשולי הגליון.

מכתבי מענה על מכתבם הקודם בטח נתקבל במועדו. ואחכה למענה מפורט ובשו"ט בכל הענינים...

לפלא מה שיש ענינים וניירות רשמים וכו' שמשתמשים לע"ע בשם שנשתקע, ולא בשם הכפר "כפר חב"ד", ובאופן המתאים יש לתקן את זה בהקדם, ואל יהי' הדבר קטן בעיניהם, כי יש חשש שיהי' נוגע לכמה ענינים שלכאורה אין תלוים בהנ"ל.

לפלא שאין מזכירים ע"ד המאפי' בכפר חב"ד דמצה שמורה שהגיעתני ידיעה עד"ז מן הצד. ותקותי שמנצלים גם ענין זה לעניני פרנסה שבכפר בכלל, ובזה - ע"י הידוק הקשרים עם קוני המצה שמורה גם בהנוגע לשאר ענינים.

בודאי למותר לעוררם על סיוע מועד הכפר בהנוגע לכינוס המל"ח דחוהמ"פ הבע"ל, ובודאי, וכמו שכתבתי כ"פ, כל ענין הנעשה בכפר חב"ד ובפרט ענין שבפומבי, מטבעו שיביא תועלת לכל עניני הכפר, ובלבד שינצלו אותו בעתו ובזמנו ובאופן המתאים.

בברכה לבשו"ט ולחג פסח כשר ושמח לכל אחד ואחת מתושבי כפר חב"ד, ה' עליהם יחיו.
