Greetings and blessings,
I am responding to your letter from the end of Adar Sheini*, in which you express your dissatisfaction with the action you are carrying out and the influence you exercise upon the students.
Yet it is precisely about this that our Sages say: "A man is close to himself." One therefore cannot rely on one's own assessment, neither to exonerate oneself, nor to...
You will therefore present everything concerning the influence you exercise upon the students to the administration of the yeshivah* and you will defer to the opinion that will then be given to you. May Hashem* grant that you finally use your abilities in a manner that will be truly positive for you. And Hashem will confer success upon you.

במענה על מכתבו משילהי אד"ש, בו כותב אודות אי שביעת רצונו מפעולתו מהשפעתו על התלמידים וכו'
והנה על דא וכגון דא אמרו רז"ל שאדם קרוב אצל עצמו ונוגע בדבר, ולכן אינו נאמן לא לזכור ולא וכו',
ולכן יציע את פרטי הענינים בהנוגע להשפעתו על התלמידים, להנהלת הישיבה ויסמוך על הוראתם... ויהי רצון שסו"ס ינצל כשרונותיו באופן הטוב לפניו באמת והשי"ת יצליחו.
