To the leaders of the youth of the Chabad* association, the group of Rio, Brazil, may Hashem* grant you long life,

I greet you and bless you,

I received with pleasure the report of Monday of the Parshah* "This is the Decree of the Torah," announcing the good news of the creation of a youth group of the Chabad* association in your country.

May Hashem* grant that this be at a good and fruitful moment, in conformity with the teachings of our holy masters, whose merit* protects us. One of their essential points is the necessity of drawing from every concept a synthesized point. This applies also to Chassidus*, even though it contains profound notions. Moreover, the existence of such a synthesized point is proof of the quality of the study. How much more so for meetings and decisions. And there is no need to elaborate, so self-evident is this.

But it is equally evident that this depends solely on you. The means are fully granted to you, since we find ourselves in the era of the heel of Moshiach*, who "stands behind our wall" in the most literal sense, and who waits for the "small vessels" to also receive their elevation. Then he will reveal himself and redeem us, in the true and complete redemption*. He will lead us, heads held high, to our Land, and "the earth will be filled with the knowledge of Hashem* as the waters cover the sea."

בנועם קבלתי הפרטי-כל מיום השני לפרשת זאת חקת התורה מבשר טוב מיסוד סניף צעירי אגודת חב"ד במדינתם.

ויהי רצון שיהי' בשעה טובה ומוצלחת ודוקא מתאים להוראות רבותינו הק' זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע אשר מהעיקרים בזה הוא, שמכל דבר צ"ל בכן, וגם בהנוגע ללימוד תורת החסידות בהשכלה עמוקה נאמרה דרישה זו, ולא עוד אלא שהוסיפו בזה אשר הבכן הוא ההוכחה על טיב הלימוד ועאכו"כ בהנוגע לאסיפות החלטות וכו' וכו' ואין להאריך בדבר הפשוט. אבל פשוט ג"כ אשר רק ברצונם תלוי הדבר, כי היכולת ניתנה במילואה שהרי נמצאים אנו בעקבתא דמשיחא ממש אשר עומד אחר כתלנו ומצפה להבירור דהפכים קטנים שאז יתגלה ויגאלנו בגאולה האמיתית והשלימה ויוליכנו קוממיות לארצנו ומלאה הארץ דעה את ה' כמים לים מכסים.
