To the distinguished Chassidim* who fear Hashem, who participate in the reading of the Psalms of the Sweet Singer of Israel after prayer, in the Agudas Bnei Yaakov synagogue of the Arizal* rite, may Hashem grant you long life,
Greetings and blessings,
Through the Chassid* who fears Hashem, of many accomplishments — Rav Yisrael Gordon — I learned with pleasure the good news that you have established a daily reading of Tehillim* after the morning prayer.
You all know the great efforts that my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit protects us, invested in this matter. His request was disseminated and established in a great number of Jewish communities. He explained its importance on various occasions, orally and also in writing, as shown by his letters published in the Kovetz Tehillim*.
May Hashem grant that you advance from one level to the next in all that concerns you. You shall strengthen yourselves in maintaining this practice, which will be the channel and receptacle for multiplying the blessings of Hashem in this and in all domains — including for the members of your families, materially and spiritually alike.

נעם לי לקבל הבשורה טובה מהרה"ח אי"א נו"נ רב פעלים מו"ה ישראל שי' גארדאן, אשר נקבעה שמירת תקנת אמירת תהלים לאחרי תפלת הבקר בכל יום.
וכידוע עד כמה השתדל בזה כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע ונתפרסמה בקשתו בזה וגם נתקבלה בכו"כ קהלות קדושות בישראל, וגודל הענין ביאר בעל פה וגם בכתב כ"פ וכמבואר גם כן במכתביו שנדפסו בקובץ תהלים.
ויהי רצון אשר ילכו מחיל אל חיל בכל עניניהם, וההתחזקות בתקנה זו האמורה תשמש צנור וגם כלי להוספה בברכות השי"ת בזה ובכל עניניהם ועניני בני ביתם שיחיו בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.
