Greetings and blessings,

I am responding to your letter in which you describe your daily schedule, as well as what happened to you on Yom Kippur* (note: presumably a seminal emission; see, on this subject, Igros Kodesh, letters no. 4780 and 5038).

You know the answer given on this subject by the Tzemach Tzedek*, in the Shaar HaMiluim*, chapter 62, which you will consult. Of course, you must also intensify your study of the Torah*, your practice of the mitzvos* in the best way, in general, and in particular, the time you devote to the study of Chassidus*, which the holy Zohar* calls "tree of life" (note: an expression designating the inner dimension of the Torah*), for it strengthens the life of the soul and, through it, that of the body.

You no doubt know of the positive custom of setting aside a few coins for tzedakah* every weekday before the morning prayer. May Hashem grant that you give me good news of all this.

With my blessing,

For the Rebbe shlita*,

the secretary,
