I greet you and bless you.
I took note with joy of your letter of 14 Iyar, by which you inform me that all the official documents have been granted to Rav M. L.[2] He will surely depart as quickly as possible and will know success on every point, in accordance with the desire and instructions of my father-in-law, the Rebbe.
The installation of Rav Ch. Z. Taubel in Marseille[3] is, in my humble opinion, a good initiative — all the more so since he is already on site. Perhaps it would be good to add another person to him.
You have surely received in its time the booklet edited for the occasion of Lag BaOmer*.
You do not mention your state of health, and I deduce from this that you are well.

בענין שילוח הרש"ז שי' טאובל למארסעל גם לפענ"ד נכון הוא, כיון שכבר הי' שם.
ואולי כדאי לצרף אליו עוד אחד.
