Igrot Kodesh · Letter 609 — Tzedakah

Volume 3 · Letter 211 · To: distingué ‘Hassid

By the grace of Hashem,

21 Iyar 5710,

To the distinguished Chassid* who devotes himself to communal needs, ...

I greet you and bless you.

I reply to your letter of 8 Iyar. We will send you, for as long as possible, the tefillin* and the publications you have requested.

Concerning your immigration, my father-in-law, the Rebbe, gave his consent for your installation in Eretz HaKodesh*, after the cure for your heart. This will therefore be crowned with material and spiritual success, and it will surely take place after the warm period of the year.

As you asked, I read your letter requesting a blessing near the tomb (the ohel*), and I mentioned your name there.

You will find enclosed a booklet and a letter.

With my blessing for all the best,

Rav Menachem Schneerson
