I am responding to your express letters of 8 and 9 Iyar*, with what was enclosed:
A) Regarding the sending of an appeal letter for a fundraising campaign to the Chassidim* of the entire world, it is evident that you must consult with the other countries in which there are Chassidic* institutions, in particular with the United States, so that there be no interference.
B) Regarding the work of the students of the agricultural school during the Shemittah* year, it is good to direct them toward carpentry. On the other hand, one will not opt for precision mechanics, which requires specific mathematics studies that last a very long time. But, perhaps it is not that type of mechanics to which you are referring. You will clarify this for me at the next opportunity. In any event, a portion of these students can join the carpentry school. The location of this carpentry workshop will be determined on the spot.

א) בהנוגע לשלוח מכתבי אפיל (מגבית) לאנ"ש בכל קצוי תבל, מובן שעליהם להתדבר באותן המדינות שישנם מוסדות אנ"ש וביחוד בארצוה"ב - באופן שלא יבלבלו אחד לרעהו.
ב) אודות עבודת תלמידי בי"ס לחקלאות בשנת השמיטה - ענין מסגרי' נכון, משא"כ מכניקה עדינה, בטח קשור זה בלימודי חשבון וכו' מיוחדים הדורשים זמן רב.
ואפשר לא למכניקה זו כוונתם, ואז יבררו בהזדמנות הבאה. בכל אופן - עכ"פ חלק מהנ"ל יש לספחם לבי"ס לנגרות.
