You inform me of your birthday and here is my response. You have surely observed the custom recently adopted by the Chassidim*, on the occasion of your birthday. May Hashem* therefore grant that you have a year of success, in the study of the Torah* and in the practice of the mitzvos* in the best manner. With my blessing to study the Torah* with fear of Hashem*,

You will therefore study the Kuntres UMaayon*, Iggeres HaTeshuvah* which is the third part of the Tanya*, Shaar HaYichud VeHaEmunah*, its second part, and the Sefer Shel Beinonim*, its first part. You also tell me about your studies in the near future. You will take counsel with your friends who are on the spot, who know your abilities and your knowledge. They will guide you.
