Greetings and blessings,
You ask me about the tithing of the tenth for tzedakah* when one has difficulty earning a livelihood. You will therefore proceed in the following manner. You will immediately give half to tzedakah* and you will consider the second half as a debt contracted toward tzedakah*. Then, when Hashem* grants you breadth, you will discharge this debt.
