By the grace of Hashem*,

To the members of the chapter of Rosh HaAyin of the youth of the Chabad* association, may Hashem* grant you long life,

Greetings and blessings,

I have received, with pleasure, your letter of 15 Tammuz*, announcing to me good news — the creation and constitution of a chapter of the youth of the Chabad* association in your city. And you describe to me briefly the Chassidic* gathering that took place on the occasion of 12 and 13 Tammuz*. May Hashem* grant that you also announce to me an increase in the three domains of the service of Hashem* that are Torah*, prayer, and good deeds, upon which the world rests — in the literal sense — and the small world, which is man.

These days, indeed, are propitious. They belong to the month of deliverance, of the liberation of our master and head, the head of Israel. Now, "the body follows the head." Each one of us will therefore be liberated, within all of Israel, from all that constitutes an obstacle, materially and spiritually. In this way, one will be able to serve Hashem* with joy and inspiration. With my blessing to convey good news of all this,

שלום וברכה! בנועם קבלתי מכתבם מט"ו תמוז מבשר טוב ע"ד יסוד והקמת סניף צעירי אגודת חב"ד במחנם הט' וראשי פרקים מההתועדות שנערכה בימי י"ב וי"ג תמוז.

ויהי רצון שיבשרו גם ע"ד ההוספה בהג' עמודים דתורה עבודה וגמ"ח עליהם העולם כפשוטו והעולם קטן זה האדם עומד.

והרי מסוגלים ימים אלו דחדש הגאולה גאולת רבנו נשיאנו ראש ישראל דגופא בתר רישא אזיל אשר יגאל כאו"א מאתנו בתכ"י מכל ענינים המבלבלים הן בגשם והן ברוח ויוכלו לעובד השי"ת בשמחה ובטוב לבב.
