To the leaders of the youth of the Chabad* association, chapter of Melbourne, may Hashem* grant you long life,

Greetings and blessings,

I have duly received your letters of 15 and 25 Tammuz*. You describe to me the meeting and the exchange that took place regarding the letter received from here. You have surely seen my letters (note 1: See, on this subject, Letters no. 3429 and 6290), addressed to all, which were sent to the center of the youth of the Chabad* association, here, a few years ago. The role of the youth of the Chabad* association, in every place, is briefly described therein. The details, in this matter, depend on the conditions of the people and of the place. The emissary of the Most High who finds himself in a place must base himself on what he sees with his own eyes (note 2: As our Sages* say regarding the judge) to assume the mission entrusted to him by our holy Torah*, Torah* of life, illuminated by the Chassidic* light.

You ask me specifically about the association of Chabad* young women. Your question has been forwarded to the center of the women and young women of Chabad* who, from here, will surely transmit a work program. May Hashem* grant that all the good decisions you make be followed by effect, in a concrete manner — not only through thought and through speech, but also through action, which is essential. You will reach ever-wider circles, extending to the outside, which you will transform into the inside — into a dwelling for the King, King of kings, the Holy One, blessed be He. שלום וברכה! מאשרים קבלת מכתביהם מט"ו וכ"ה תמוז, בם כותבים ע"ד האסיפה והשקו"ט בקשר עם המכתב שנתקבל מכאן.

והנה בודאי ראו מכתבי הכללים הכתובים למרכז צעירי אגודת חב"ד אשר בכאן לפני איזה שנים ובם עכ"פ ראשי פרקים מתפקיד צא"ח בכל מקום שהם, ופרטי פרטים בזה ה"ז תלוי בתנאי האישים ותנאי המקום, ואין לו לשליח של אדם העליון הנמצא במקום מסוים אלא מה שעיניו רואות על התפקיד שע"פ תוה"ק תורת חיים מוארת אור חסידותי.

בשאלתם במיוחד בהנוגע לאגודת בנות חב"ד, נמסר למרכז נשי ובנות חב"ד ובטח יכתבו להם תכנית עבודתן כאן.

ויהי רצון שכל ההחלטות שיקבלו תבואנה בפועל למטה מיו"ד טפחים לא רק במחשבה ודבור אלא במעשה והוא העיקר, ויחדרו לחוגים ההולכים ומתרחבים עד לחוצה ולעשות מהחוץ פנים דירת ממה"מ הקב"ה.
