To the leaders of the Talmud Torah* Beis Yosef of the Yeshivah* Lubavitch of Toronto, may Hashem* grant you long life,

Greetings and blessings,

I have duly received your report no. 29 and the one that preceded it, in which you describe the formation of the committees and the distribution of tasks among the members of the leadership. The committee members have accepted these appointments. May Hashem* grant that all of this be introduced at a good and fruitful moment, that you strengthen and develop this holy institution in order to receive therein an increased blessing and to know success in all that concerns it, in a general and specific manner at once. Such is the channel and the receptacle enabling one to increase the blessing and success for all the participants, regarding them personally, as well as for all the members of their families, may Hashem* grant them long life.

Our Sages* say that the appointment of the person responsible for the cistern emanates from Hashem*. How much more is this so for one who devotes himself to education in sacred values for the children of Israel, a holy people. Consequently, I have good hope that very soon, each committee will meet with the fitting eagerness, in order to discharge the task entrusted to it. It is certain that the promise of our Sages* will be fulfilled, according to which "one who sanctifies himself a little below is greatly sanctified by Hashem*, above." How much more is this the case when one sanctifies oneself greatly below. Then, the holiness and success that one receives from Hashem* are "very, very great," as the Likkutei Torah* explains, in Parshas Bamidbar*, page 38c, regarding the expression: "very, very." With my blessing to convey good news of all this, in an ever-increasing manner, with ever more light,

שלום וברכה! מאשרים קבלת הפ"כ מס' כ"ט והקודמו. בו כותבים אודות קביעות הועדות וחילוק התפקידים בין חברי ההנהלה, ואשר הסכימו חברי הועד להקרא בשם לקבלת תפקידים האמורים.

ויהי רצון שתהי' ההתחלה בזה בשעה טובה ומוצלחה לביסוס והתפתחות המוסד הק' ולתוספת ברכה והצלחה בכל עניני המוסד בפרט ובכלל גם יחד, שזהו ג"כ הצנור והכלי לתוספת ברכה והצלחה לכל החברים גם בענינים הפרטים שלהם ולכל ב"ב שליט"א.

ואם ריש גרגותא אמרו רז"ל דמשמיא קא ממני לי' עאכו"כ מינוי המתעסק בחנוך על טהרת הקדש של בני ישראל עם קדוש.

שלכן תקותי חזקה שבהקדם האפשרי תתחיל כל ועדה במרץ הדרוש בעבודתה שלה, ובודאי תתקיים הבטחת חז"ל, אדם מקדש עצמו (אפילו) מעט למטה מקדשין אותו הרבה מלמעלה, ועאכו"כ כשמקדשין הרבה מלמטה שאז הקדושה וההצלחה מלמעלה מאד מאד, וכמבואר בלקו"ת במדבר לח, ג גודל המעלה דמאד מאד.
