To Mrs. Elisheva (note 1: Mrs. E. Becher, of Petach Tikva),

Blessings and greetings,

I received, with pleasure, your letter of 15 Elul*, in which you tell me that you direct the Chabad* kindergarten of Lod, which is integrated into the Ohalei Yosef Yitzchak* Lubavitch* network, in our Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt by our righteous Moshiach*, very soon and in our days. At a propitious moment, I will mention your name and those of the children of this school at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit will protect us, so that you may have considerable success in everything concerning this kindergarten bearing his name. Our Sages* say that the name is important. His merit (note 2: That of the Previous Rebbe) will therefore undoubtedly protect the children of the school, the kindergarten teacher, and the leaders, in what concerns this institution as well as in their personal concerns.

The magnitude of the reward can be deduced from the immense satisfaction that is thus caused to Hashem*. As my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, says in the name of the Baal Shem Tov*, the Holy One, blessed be He, loves every Jew and every Jewess far more than elderly parents love their only child, born when they were already of advanced age (note 3: See Letter no. 6485). With my blessing for success and that each one, with all the members of his family, in good health, be inscribed and sealed for a good year,

שלום וברכה! בנועם קבלתי מכתבה מט"ו אלול, בו כותבת אשר מנהלת היא גן חב"ד אשר בלוד הנכנס ברשת אהלי יוסף יצחק ליובאוויטש אשר בארצנו הקדושה תבנה ותכונן במהרה בימינו על ידי משיח צדקנו.

ובעת רצון יזכירוה וכן ילדי הגן שי' על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע להצלחה מופלגה בכל עניני הגן הנקרא על שמו.

וע"פ מאמר רז"ל, שמא מילתא היא, בודאי יגן זכותו על ילדי הגן, הגננת וההנהלה בכל עניני הגן וגם בכל עניניהם הפרטים.

וגודל השכר מובן הוא מגודל הנחת רוח הנגרם עי"ז להקב"ה, וכדברי כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר בשם הבעש"ט, אשר אהבת הקב"ה לכאו"א מבני ישראל, גדולה בהרבה יותר מאהבת הורים זקנים לבנם יחידם שנולד להם לעת זקנותם.
